Government

Government refers to the organization or system by which a community or political entity is governed or administered. It encompasses the institutions, structures, and processes through which authority is exercised and public policy is formulated and implemented. Governments can take various forms, including democracies, autocracies, monarchies, and republics, and they are responsible for maintaining order, providing public services, protecting rights, and managing resources for the society they serve. The government operates at different levels, such as local, regional, and national, and its functions include legislative (making laws), executive (enforcing laws), and judicial (interpreting laws) activities. Through these functions, a government aims to achieve societal goals, ensure justice, and foster the welfare of its citizens.
